All we can say is WOW!!! The night was truly magical for everyone!! Our guests, adults and kids alike-cannot stop talking about how outstanding our affair was at The Fuge!! Emma had a blast!! Deb and I wanted to take some time to thank you and the staff for helping to make Emma’s night an over the top experience.
Everything was just perfect: the atmosphere, the food, the decor. I can go on!
First, let’s start with the food. I can’t tell you how many rave reviews we received from our guests both during and after the party. Of particular note were the vegetable dumplings, the brisket sandwiches, the mini hot dogs, and yes, the potato knishes (we do want a finders fee for this one!). Not only was the quality of food noted, but the quantity and availability of the tray passed hors d’oeuvres was called out by many a guest. Rather than chasing down too few servers, people were impressed by the amount of servers.
The staff was tremendous, both in setting up and throughout the dinner service. In a few instances, staff members pitched in to help in any way they could including helping carry Emma into the room for her big introduction, which was greatly appreciated.
Finally, the desserts were phenomenal—the donut bar was one of the hits and highlights of the night…even though neither Deb nor I sampled them given how full we were with everything else. A couple of foodies couldn’t say enough about the donut bar and the toppings…
It was such a fun and fabulous night with such an amazing atmosphere. The feedback from our guests was so far above and beyond any expectations that is very rewarding to know how much everyone enjoyed themselves. Thanks again!

Fuge Staff,
We mentioned it in our welcome speech last night, but I wanted to make sure I directly thanked you and your staff!
The week leading up to last nights event was pretty miserable, ending with our photographer cancelling 20 minutes before the event happened. If it weren’t for your staff, I probably would’ve lost my mind. They were so kind, so accommodating, and so calm through the evening from start to finish. Even with the snow, they really came together to help us have a great time.
Special shout out to Dawn for her incredible ability to be relaxed with everything changing down to the wire. Another special shout out to Brie, Natalie and Sam for being All Stars. Mike was also fantastic and helpful throughout the evening and helping us clean up at the end with Dawn. One last shout out to Peyton—she was incredible at attending our guest book and making sure guests knew what to do. Every single person who worked was phenomenal and professional.
ALL of our guests were impressed with the venue, the food and the service. I will ALWAYS recommend The Fuge to anyone who asks—and even people who don’t ask. LOL!
